Full rebuild with all new parts except the heatsink. PSI manufactures stronger mounting brackets which resist breaking. PSI uses a Fuji IGBT which we believe is better than the original Infineon component. We also install our IGBT driver board which uses surface mount construction. Each rebuilt IGBT is shipped with shorting wires to protect the IGBT and includes new hose clamps and bus mounting hardware to facilitate installation by your technicians. PSI also ships these parts in custom reusable packaging.
