Errors in electronic components are one of the main reasons for failure in wind turbines. Deutsche Windtechnik Steuerung (Control) provides completely overhauled electronic assemblies as a substitute.
We execute repair and servicing work in accordance with industrial standards: we have developed a tailor-made diagnosis and repair process and have drawn up detailed documentation for each type of electronic assembly. This ensures that our workshop can carry out each individual overhaul servicing in reproducible quality. To document our own quality demands, we work in accordance with the standards of a QM System.
On account of our integration within Deutsche Windtechnik we are fully familiar with the conditions under which electronics have to function in wind turbines. Based on this know-how we are able to carry out useful, detailed improvements in line with respective requirements of the assemblies we overhaul.
