Ecotecnia (now GE) was a Spanish wind turbine manufacturer with a significant presence in the wind power industry in Spain and Europe. With a particular focus on the development of turbines for low-wind sites, and recognized for its innovative turbine designs and technology, Ecotecnia was acquired by ALSTOM in 2007. In 2015, GE acquired ALSTOM's power and grid business. Some of Ecotecnica wind turbine models include: ECO100, ECO 122, ECO122, ECO20, ECO28, ECO44, ECO48, ECO,62, ECO74, ECO80, ECO86, among others.
