Ecotecnia (now GE) was a Spanish wind turbine manufacturer with a significant presence in the wind power industry in Spain and Europe. With a particular focus on the development of turbines for low-wind sites, and recognized for its innovative turbine designs and technology, Ecotecnia was acquired by ALSTOM in 2007.
