Remote monitoring round the clock All wind turbines we support are monitored 24 hours a day from our control room. All operating statuses are registered, alarms triggered are immediately analyzed and processed. Professional evaluation of an error message is made using all data available (service reports, maintenance records, statistics and more). The operator is continuously informed of action taken. Data exchange with ROTORsoft If several ROTORsoft systems call the same park at the same time, parallel data call-ups or manual dialup access may mutually block each other. We have developed handling strategies to minimize such problems.
